Hi my name is Isabel Brito, I am a curly and texture specialist. My goal is to help my clients love and learn to take care of their textured hair on their own, and to embrace the beautiful head of hair that they have. I know and understanding how hard it is to find a stylist who is truly educated in textured hair nowadays, it is one of my main concerns for my clients to be able to sit in my chair is feeling comfortable and accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we also require adequate notice to fill scheduled appointments. · 48 hours or more prior to appointment: No charge for cancellations or rescheduling. · Within 48 hours of appointment: 50% of service total will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling. · No-show or same-day cancellations: 100% of service total will be charged. •If appointments arent confirmed within the 24 hour policy after the stylist has reached out multiple times with no reply the appointment will be automatically cancelled to protect you from the full no show fee.
